Products and Pricing
All prices on the site are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We make every effort to display our deck colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will render them perfectly. We reserve the right to change product prices and discontinue certain limited editions at any time.
Placing Orders
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud or if an item is out of stock. If an order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and depend on postal and courier services. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the order is handed to the carrier. Free standard shipping is available on orders over C$75 within Canada.

All content on the site — including deck designs, graphics, logos, text, and images — is owned by On Running LLC and protected by copyright law. Use of any site materials without our written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
On Running LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
