Return Period

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original undamaged packaging. The protective cellophane wrap on playing card decks must not be opened or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on opened card decks due to their nature and the inability to resell them. Gift cards, final-sale clearance items, and personalized orders are also non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged in Transit

If your deck or another product arrives defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.
